Regarding the structure classification of slurry pumps

Slurry pumps are mainly used in various industries for the pumping of various slurries containing solid particles. Regarding the structure classification of slurry pumps, the slurry pump manufacturer will give you the following instructions:

Pump head part of slurry pump

1. The M, AH, AHP, HP, H, HH types in the slurry pump have a double pump shell structure, that is, the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant metal linings (including impellers, sheaths, and guard plates). Wait). The pump body and pump cover can be made of gray cast or nodular cast iron according to the working pressure. They are split vertically and connected by bolts. The pump body has a stop and is connected with the bracket by bolts. The outlet of the pump can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce slurry leakage and increase the service life of the pump.

2. The AHR, LR, and MR slurry pumps are of double-shell structure, and the pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber linings (including impeller, front sheath, rear sheath, etc.). The pump body and pump cover are common to those of AH, L, and M pumps, and their rotating parts and installation forms are the same as those of AH, L, and M pumps.

3. Type D and G are single pump structure (that is, without lining). The pump body, pump cover and impeller are made of wear-resistant metal. The connection between the pump body and the pump cover adopts a special clamping structure, the outlet direction of the pump can be rotated arbitrarily, and the installation and disassembly are convenient.

The inlet of each type of slurry pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise from the driving direction.
