The 200SV-SP slurry pump is a vertical, centrifugal slurry pump designed to operate while submerged in liquid. It is used for handling corrosive, coarse, and high-concentration slurries.

Structural Features

Adopts a vertical cantilever, single-casing structure.

Equipped with a double-suction, semi-open impeller, made of hard metal or rubber.

Features a cartridge-type bearing assembly with a high-capacity bearing design.

The gap between the impeller and the wear plate can be adjusted to maintain efficient operation.

No shaft seal is required.

The pump and motor can be driven by direct coupling or belt drive.

Wetted parts are made of wear- and corrosion-resistant high-chrome alloy, rubber, or polyurethane materials.

Medium handled: abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles.

Operating method: works while submerged; no shaft seal or seal water is required, and it performs well even under insufficient suction conditions.

The 200SV-SP(R) slurry pump is widely used in mining, power plants, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and chemical industries.
