The 4/3D-AHR rubber lined slurry pump is a horizontal centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive and corrosive slurries. Manufactured by CNSME, this pump features a natural rubber liner enhanced with carbon black and high wear-resistant nano additives, delivering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and extended service life. It is an ideal solution for applications involving acidic and alkaline slurry transportation.
CNSME rubber lined slurry pumps are engineered to outperform conventional rubber-lined designs. By combining natural rubber, Cabot carbon black, and advanced nano-scale wear-resistant additives, the pump achieves superior elasticity, tear resistance, and cavitation resistance.
Compared with metal-lined slurry pumps, the rubber-lined structure offers enhanced corrosion resistance, lower weight, easier maintenance, and significantly reduced life-cycle costs.
